Jamie graduated from the University of Sydney in 2015, with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy (Class I Honours). She is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and a SIRA Workers Compensation (WorkCover) approved Physiotherapist.

Jamie has worked in NSW western suburb hospitals for one year, and has been working in private practice since then.

She treats a wide range of age group and conditions; commonly paediatrics and adults sports injuries, acute/chronic neck and lower back pain. Her clinical interest in particular is musculoskeletal knee conditions, which involve lower limb biomechanics.

Her treatment emphasises on manual therapy with exercise prescription as an adjunct, and education on the causes/treatment plan for the condition.

Ivan Lo

Ivan graduated from the University of Sydney in 2016. He developed his interest in musculoskeletal injuries back in the days when he was doing cross country running in high school. He is experienced in treating a variety of injuries including work related injuries, sports injuries, day to day injuries and degenerative diseases.

Ivan enjoys the process of solving complicated cases by working together with the patient to identify impairments, link different problems together and getting to the core root of the trouble. He uses a variety of techniques including soft tissue release, joint mobilisation, integrated dry needling, taping and progressive exercises. He has a particular interest in the knee, shoulder and lower back.

Ivan likes going to the gym and going jogging in his spare time.
